Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Drownd application (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or playing Drownd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

License Grant & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Drownd on your compatible mobile device for non-commercial entertainment.

• →You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Drownd.
• →You may not use bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to alter gameplay.
• →You may not redistribute, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, graphics, sound design, code, titles, and trademarks in Drownd are the exclusive property of BK Kejera (Kejera Studios). All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Third-Party Advertisements & Content

Drownd may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob or Unity Ads) to keep the App free to play. Interactions with third-party ads are governed by the respective advertisers' terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Drownd is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. BK Kejera shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of Drownd after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
