Entertainment Only — No Real Money Gambling
NextHand is strictly a simulated card game designed for personal entertainment.
- →All virtual chips, cards, points, or achievements in NextHand have NO real-world monetary value.
- →NextHand does NOT offer real-money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or physical prizes.
- →Virtual currency or points cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency.
License & Fair Play
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to play NextHand. The use of cheats, automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized software to manipulate card outcomes or leaderboards is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of access.
Intellectual Property
All game rules, visual design, sound effects, trademarks, and code in NextHand are the sole property of BK Kejera (Kejera Studios).
Limitation of Liability
NextHand is provided “AS IS.” BK Kejera disclaims all liability for gameplay interruptions, device incompatibilities, or loss of virtual progress.
