These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pldge application and services (“the Service”). Pldge is a social action platform enabling users to create and track personal or community pledges.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
You may need to create an account to use Pldge. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and agree to:
- →Maintain account security and refrain from sharing credentials.
- →Refrain from posting abusive, harmful, hateful, or unlawful pledges or comments.
- →Refrain from harassing or threatening other community members.
User Controls & Account Deletion
In Pldge, we empower you with full control over your social presence:
- ✓Block Users: You can block any user at any time directly within the app to prevent interactions.
- ✓Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from your profile settings.
User Content & Rights
You retain ownership of your user-generated content in Pldge. By posting content, you grant BK Kejera a royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and share your pledges in connection with the Service.
Pledge Commitment Disclaimer
Pledges created in the App are personal commitments for motivation and community tracking. Pldge and BK Kejera do not guarantee or enforce third-party completion of non-binding personal pledges.
