These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sentiens application (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Sentiens is an artificial intelligence application engineered to run 100% locally on your personal device hardware.
On-Device Processing & Local Usage
Because Sentiens operates locally on your hardware:
- →All model inference and data processing execute locally on your device CPU/GPU/NPU.
- →You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding AI prompt inputs and content generated by your local model execution.
- →Kejera Studios does NOT host or control your local session inputs or generated outputs.
AI Output Disclaimer
Artificial Intelligence model outputs are generated algorithmically and are provided on an “AS IS” basis for informational and experimental purposes. Sentiens outputs should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or critical professional advice.
License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Sentiens on your device. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the binary application without authorization.
Intellectual Property
The Sentiens name, brand elements, UI components, and application code are the sole intellectual property of BK Kejera (Kejera Studios).
Limitation of Liability
Sentiens is provided “AS IS”. BK Kejera disclaims all liability for errors in AI model output or hardware compatibility issues.
