These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sightd application (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Sightd, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant & Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sightd for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices.

• →You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App software.
• →You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of device store policies.
• →You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any system components associated with the App.

Intellectual Property

All design, trademarks, software code, UI layout, and branding related to Sightd remain the sole intellectual property of BK Kejera (Kejera Studios).

Disclaimers & Liability

Sightd is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will operate error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BK Kejera shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sightd following posted modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
