Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Thoughts application (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Thoughts is a private, local-first journaling application designed for personal reflection.
Local Storage & Data Responsibility
Because Thoughts operates locally on your device:
- →You retain 100% ownership and exclusive custody of all journal entries and personal data created inside Thoughts.
- →Kejera Studios does NOT store, back up, or have access to your entries on any server.
- →You are solely responsible for creating personal device backups (e.g. via iCloud or device backups) to prevent data loss.
License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Thoughts for your private journaling and personal productivity.
Intellectual Property
The Thoughts application design, UI code, brand logo, and software architecture remain the intellectual property of BK Kejera (Kejera Studios). Your journal content remains 100% yours.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Thoughts is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. BK Kejera is not liable for data loss occurring as a result of device hardware failure, OS updates, or accidental user deletion.
